Their mom chose to do the "Flower Dots". 
I love that each one is a different color. I'm sure that helps them be able to tell them apart better.

Letter from their Mom: Hi Coree..I didn't think the names would make that big of a difference, but we love how it turned out! I attached some pictures for you. Applying the decals was super easy... They are holding up great so far - the little points on the flowers are coming up just a bit because the girls aren't sitting up yet and rub their heads a lot but it doesn't bother me and I've got extras for when they need to be replaced. You are right about the dots - I don't think they will ever come off! I love how the decals have the same matte sheen as the white plastic on the band - it makes everything look so seamless and only by touching would you know that they are actually decals! Cleaning is easy too - just a swipe with a washcloth dampened in alcohol. I saw so many babies with undecorated bands at the Cranial Tech here - I'll be sure to pass out your cards to anyone interested. I think this is so much better than just buying stickers from Hobby Lobby, or trying to paint the helmet! I'm so glad I stumbled across your website:)
