Register with ComGateway.com and receive a shipping address, and then use that shipping address when you check out.
When they receive it at their USA facility, you will get an email notification and for about $13 you can have it forwarded to you. The process can result in you receiving the package in about a week after you approve printing and that is much faster than the postal system!
